happy or not?

if i am not happy
how do i tell the difference
between tired, and unhappy?

i sit here on the verge
of another cup of coffee
with a large agenda of things i'd enjoy
i'm not tired, and yet...

all i want to do
is close my eyes
breathe deeply
stop.
